We offer a range of standard products, in addition to offering our engineering and manufacturing expertise and facilities for bespoke projects.
As the parent company of a larger group, we can offer an even wider range of products, expertise and manufacturing services through our subsiduaries.
Due to increased demand, we are looking to fill a number of roles in production at our Head Quarters in Fairfield, Buxton, Derbyshire. Ideally applicants should have experience of working in a manufacturing environment and be familiar with Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and quality standards. Full training will be given and progress monitored on a regular basis.
Applicants will lead a team of operators and machine setter operators to produce parts to an agreed schedule of the correct quality standard. They should have experience of supervising a team and be able to demonstrate problem solving ability, dealing with people issues and a positive attitude to improvement activity.
The pay will range from £22,469 pa to £25,640 pa, depending on skills, competence and abilities.

Knowledge of quality systems and measurement techniques would be an advantage, but full training will be given. The pay is circa £19,500 pa (£9.84 per hour).
